Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 06 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us within this timeframe. This policy is crucial for efficient inventory and production management.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our handcrafted press-on nails, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Each set is custom-made to your specifications, making it uniquely yours. 

Sizing for a Perfect Fit

To help you find the right size for your nails, we’ve outlined three simple methods for measurement. Check the Sizing Directions here.  Please note that as each set is made specifically to your size, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing.  

Refunds and Returned Orders 

General refunds are not provided, especially for returns or sizing issues. However, in exceptional cases, we are willing to discuss potential refunds. Contact us at malibumuses@gmail.com for such inquiries.

Please note, returned orders will not be refunded due to the custom nature of our products, which makes them unsuitable for resale. If your order is returned (e.g., as an ‘unclaimed’ item), you will need to coordinate re-delivery with me.

Credit Processing

Upon receipt of any eligible refunds at our facility, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 8-12 business days. For PayPal transactions, processing will take 2-3 business days. Be aware that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received the information.
